1. Parties
This Warranty and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Gree AirTech (Private) Limited, hereinafter referred to as “GAT”, and the purchaser of the air conditioner, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
2. Warranty Coverage
GAT hereby warrants that the air conditioning unit is free from manufacturing defects under normal and proper usage, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
2.1 Parts Warranty
GAT shall provide warranty coverage for all parts of the air conditioning unit for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation, against manufacturing defects.
2.2 Compressor Warranty
GAT shall provide compressor warranty coverage as follows:
(a) For Inverter models with a capacity below 24,000 BTU, GAT shall provide warranty coverage for the compressor for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation.
(b) For all other models, including Non-Inverter models and Inverter models with a capacity of 24,000 BTU and above, GAT shall provide warranty coverage for the compressor for a period of six (6) years from the date of installation.
The compressor warranty shall be valid only subject to compliance with Clause 6 of this Agreement.
3. Conditions of Validity
This warranty shall remain valid only if all of the following conditions are strictly complied with:
(a) The air conditioning unit shall be installed solely by GAT or by a technician authorized by GAT.
(b) All servicing, maintenance, and repairs shall be carried out only by technicians authorized by GAT.
(c) The Customer shall produce the original invoice and duly completed warranty card at the time of making any warranty claim.
(d) The serial number of the unit shall remain intact, unaltered, and clearly visible.
(e) All installation and customer details shall be properly registered with GAT.
(f) The air conditioning unit shall be operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and specifications.
(g) The original warranty card and the invoice must be presented at the time of claiming the warranty as proof of validity.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall render this warranty null and void.
4. Free Services
GAT shall provide three (3) free preventive maintenance services to the Customer within the first twelve (12) months from the date of installation.
Any additional services requested beyond the free service entitlement shall be chargeable at prevailing rates.
5. Environmental Conditions
In the event that the air conditioning unit is installed in dusty, coastal, industrial, corrosive, or high-pollution environments, the Customer shall comply with the enhanced servicing and maintenance schedule prescribed by GAT.
Failure to comply with such servicing requirements may result in cancellation of warranty coverage.
6. Service Agreement Requirement
Upon completion of the first year from the date of installation, the Customer shall enter into a formal Service Agreement with GAT for continued maintenance and support.
Failure to execute, renew, or maintain such Service Agreement shall automatically result in the cancellation of the applicable compressor warranty period.
7. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall not apply in any of the following circumstances:
(a) Installation, servicing, or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
(b) Damage resulting from power surges, voltage fluctuations, lightning, or electrical faults.
(c) Damage caused by fire, flood, theft, accidents, or natural disasters.
(d) Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper operation.
(e) Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or tampering of the unit.
(f) Use of the unit for purposes beyond the manufacturer’s intended specifications.
(g) Defaced, altered, or illegible serial numbers.
(h) Incomplete, altered, or missing warranty documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
GAT’s liability under this Agreement shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts at its sole discretion.
GAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, loss of business, or property damage.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

මෙම වගකීම් හා සේවා ගිවිසුම, “GAT” ලෙස හැඳින්වෙන Gree AirTech (Private) Limited සහ වායු සමීකරණ යන්ත්රය මිලදී ගත් පාරිභෝගිකයා අතර සිදු කෙරේ.
2. වගකීම් ආවරණය
මෙම ගිවිසුමේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසිවලට යටත්ව, සාමාන්ය හා නිසි භාවිතයේදී නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂ නොමැති බවට GAT විසින් වගකීම දරනු ලැබේ.
2.1 කොටස් වගකීම්
ස්ථාපනය සිදු කළ දිනයෙන් ගණන් කර වසර දෙක (2) ක කාලයක් සඳහා, යන්ත්රයේ සියලුම කොටස් සඳහා නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂවලට එරෙහිව GAT විසින් වගකීම් ආවරණය ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
2.2 කොම්ප්රෙෂර් වගකීම්
මෙම ගිවිසුමට අනුව, කොම්ප්රෙෂර් සඳහා වගකීම් පහත පරිදි ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ:
(a) 24,000 BTU ට අඩු Inverter මාදිලි සඳහා, ස්ථාපනයෙන් වසර දහය (10) ක කාලයක් සඳහා වගකීම් ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
(b) අනෙකුත් සියලුම මාදිලි සඳහා, ස්ථාපනයෙන් වසර හය (6) ක කාලයක් සඳහා වගකීම් ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
මෙම වගකීම් 6 වන වගන්තියට යටත්ව පමණක් වලංගු වේ.
3. වලංගු වීමේ කොන්දේසි
මෙම වගකීම් වලංගු වන්නේ පහත සඳහන් කොන්දේසි සියල්ලම පූර්ණ ලෙස ඉටු කළ විට පමණි:
(a) ස්ථාපනය GAT හෝ එහි බලයලත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් සිදු කළ යුතුය.
(b) සියලුම සේවා හා අලුත්වැඩියා GAT බලයලත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් සිදු කළ යුතුය.
(c) වගකීම් ඉල්ලීමේදී මුල් බිල්පත සහ නිසි ලෙස පුරවන ලද වගකීම් පත ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
(d) සීරියල් අංකය වෙනස් කර නොතිබිය යුතුය.
(e) සියලුම ලියාපදිංචි විස්තර නිසි ලෙස සටහන් කර තිබිය යුතුය.
(f) නිෂ්පාදක උපදෙස් අනුව භාවිත කළ යුතුය.
(g) වගකීම් ඉල්ලීමේදී වලංගුභාවය තහවුරු කිරීම සඳහා මුල් වගකීම් කාඩ්පත සහ බිල්පත ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
මෙම කොන්දේසි වලින් කිසිවක් උල්ලංඝනය වූ විට වගකීම් අවලංගු වේ.
4. නොමිලේ සේවා
ස්ථාපනයෙන් පසු පළමු වසර තුළ නොමිලේ ආරක්ෂණ සේවා තුනක් (3) ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
අමතර සේවා සඳහා ගාස්තු අය කරනු ලැබේ.
5. පාරිසරික තත්ත්ව
දූවිලි සහිත, වෙරළාසන්න, කාර්මික හෝ දූෂිත පරිසරවල ස්ථාපනය කර ඇත්නම්, GAT විසින් නියම කරන අමතර සේවා කාලසටහනට පාරිභෝගිකයා අනුගත විය යුතුය.
එයට අනුගත නොවීම වගකීම් අවලංගු වීමට හේතු විය හැක.
6. සේවා ගිවිසුම
ස්ථාපනයෙන් පසු පළමු වසර අවසන් වූ විට, පාරිභෝගිකයා GAT සමඟ නිල සේවා ගිවිසුමක් අත්සන් කළ යුතුය.
එම ගිවිසුම පවත්වා නොගැනීම හේතුවෙන් කොම්ප්රෙෂර් වගකීම් අවලංගු වේ.
7. වගකීම් බැහැර කිරීම
පහත අවස්ථාවලදී මෙම වගකීම් අදාළ නොවේ:
(a) බලයලත් නොවන අය විසින් සිදු කළ ස්ථාපනය හෝ අලුත්වැඩියා.
(b) විදුලි බල දෝෂ.
(c) ගිනි, ජලගැලීම්, සොරකම්, අනතුරු.
(d) වැරදි භාවිතය.
(e) අවසර නැති වෙනස්කම්.
(f) නිෂ්පාදක උපදෙස්වලට පටහැනි භාවිතය.
(g) වෙනස් කළ සීරියල් අංක.
(h) අසම්පූර්ණ ලේඛන.
8. වගකීම් සීමාව
මෙම ගිවිසුම යටතේ GAT විසින් දරනු ලබන වගකීම, දෝෂ සහිත කොටස් අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම හෝ මාරු කිරීම සීමා කර ඇත.
අතුරු හෝ අනුපූරක හානි සඳහා GAT වගකීම් දරන්නේ නැත.
9. නීති බලය
මෙම ගිවිසුම ශ්රී ලංකා නීතිය යටතේ පාලනය වේ.

இந்த உத்தரவாத மற்றும் சேவை ஒப்பந்தம், “GAT” என அழைக்கப்படும் Gree AirTech (Private) Limited மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் இடையே மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
2. உத்தரவாத வரம்பு
இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு, சாதாரண மற்றும் சரியான பயன்பாட்டின் போது தயாரிப்பு குறைபாடுகளற்றது என GAT உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்கிறது.
2.1 பகுதிகள் உத்தரவாதம்
நிறுவப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து இரண்டு (2) ஆண்டுகள் வரை, அனைத்து பகுதிகளுக்கும் உற்பத்தி குறைபாடுகளுக்கு எதிராக GAT உத்தரவாதம் வழங்குகிறது.
2.2 கம்ப்ரசர் உத்தரவாதம்
இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் படி, கம்ப்ரசருக்கான உத்தரவாதம் பின்வருமாறு வழங்கப்படுகிறது:
(a) 24,000 BTU க்குக் குறைவான Inverter மாதிரிகளுக்கு, நிறுவப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து பத்து (10) ஆண்டுகள் வரை உத்தரவாதம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
(b) மற்ற அனைத்து மாதிரிகளுக்கும், நிறுவப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து ஆறு (6) ஆண்டுகள் வரை உத்தரவாதம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
இந்த உத்தரவாதம் விதி 6க்கு உட்பட்டது.
3. செல்லுபடியாகும் நிபந்தனைகள்
இந்த உத்தரவாதம் செல்லுபடியாக இருப்பதற்கு பின்வரும் நிபந்தனைகள் முழுமையாக பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்:
(a) அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிறுவல்.
(b) அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சேவை.
(c) அசல் ரசீது மற்றும் உத்தரவாத அட்டை.
(d) மாற்றப்படாத Serial Number.
(e) சரியான பதிவு.
(f) உற்பத்தியாளர் வழிமுறைகளுக்கு ஏற்ப பயன்பாடு.
(g) உத்தரவாதத்தை கோரும்போது அதன் செல்லுபடியாகும் தன்மையை நிரூபிக்க, அசல் உத்தரவாத அட்டை மற்றும் ரசீது சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
இந்த நிபந்தனைகளை மீறினால் உத்தரவாதம் ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.
4. இலவச சேவை
நிறுவப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து முதல் ஆண்டில் மூன்று (3) இலவச பராமரிப்பு சேவைகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
கூடுதல் சேவைகளுக்கு கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
5. சுற்றுச்சூழல் நிலை
தூசி, கடலோர, தொழிற்சாலை அல்லது மாசடைந்த பகுதிகளில் நிறுவப்பட்டிருந்தால், GAT பரிந்துரைக்கும் கூடுதல் பராமரிப்பு அட்டவணையை வாடிக்கையாளர் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
இதை பின்பற்றாதால் உத்தரவாதம் ரத்து செய்யப்படலாம்.
6. சேவை ஒப்பந்தம்
முதல் ஆண்டு முடிந்த பிறகு, வாடிக்கையாளர் GAT உடன் சேவை ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தை பின்பற்றத் தவறினால் கம்ப்ரசர் உத்தரவாதம் ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.
7. உத்தரவாத விலக்குகள்
பின்வரும் சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் உத்தரவாதம் பொருந்தாது:
(a) அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத பழுது.
(b) மின்சார கோளாறு.
(c) தீ, வெள்ளம், திருட்டு.
(d) தவறான பயன்பாடு.
(e) அனுமதி இல்லாத மாற்றங்கள்.
(f) உற்பத்தியாளர் வழிகாட்டுதல்களை மீறுதல்.
(g) மாற்றப்பட்ட Serial Number.
(h) முழுமையற்ற ஆவணங்கள்.
8. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு
இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் கீழ் GAT இன் பொறுப்பு பழுது பார்க்க அல்லது மாற்றுவதற்கே மட்டுப்படுத்தப்படும்.
மறைமுக அல்லது தொடர்ச்சியான இழப்புகளுக்கு GAT பொறுப்பல்ல.
9. சட்டம்
இந்த ஒப்பந்தம் இலங்கை சட்டத்தின் கீழ் நிர்வகிக்கப்படும்.
